The rotation of classes offered at convenient times has made it easy to fit workouts into my schedule (although I would like to see boxing classes return to the mix 😉). The trainers are absolutely top-notch.

  • Friendly and experienced staffs, great place to workout and get yourself a class and be healthier than before. They also got infrared sauna, cold plunge, and compression boots for the recovery. On the other side, they also have like physiotherapy massage on booking. Sell some merchs and proteins powder for your workout necessities as well.
